Heat image camera

We use our heat image camera as another important aid. It enables us to visualise the drying process at various positions on the top and underside of the roof tile in the drying plant. This helps us identify possible error sources during the process. The overall picture, comprising the individual photographs, shows which areas of the roof tile may be causing buckling or cracking. These findings form the basis of an optimisation, which leads to a less process-sensitive product.
